About John
My wife and I moved to Naples, FL / Paradise in 2002 from Central, MA. We raised our children here and have enjoyed the Gulf of Mexico, fishing, beaches, dog beaches and football.
I have a background as a machine and tool designer / draftsman. In 2002 I started with a local lender as a retail loan officer. In 2003 I was recruited by a national home builder as a builder loan officer. This allowed me to work with hundreds of families, guiding them through the process of financing a new home and moving their families from northern states to SWFL.
Locally and nationally, I’ve helped families finance or refinance their first homes, move up homes or last homes. I have extensive knowledge and experience with the All In One Loan and Reverse Mortgages.
My goal is to help build and preserve wealth for God’s Kingdom.
